• Creating client specific reports

Reports are provided on a daily, weekly or ad-hoc basis as required and in pre specified formats agreed at the outset. Typically data and anecdotal feedback is provided in excel format over e-mail on a regular basis with final reports provided periodically, charting trends and analysis.

If required reports are available online, in real-time, with secure client access. Data can be exported, mined and analysed instantly.
